This innovative Top 50 UK City Firm are seeking an Associate (2-4PQE), to join their industry leading specialist team in London.
They have established themselves as a prominent Tier 1, L500 Ranked firm in London, for both discrete and highly publicised activities.

You will be encouraged to take on more responsibility as you increase your knowledge of the way the existing team operates. This is a sociable department, working in synergy with the wider Corporate, Commercial & Employment teams; the role is split between Advisory & Transactional work including:
- Partnership Agreements
- Shareholder Agreements
- Joint Ventures
- Restrictive Covenants
- Partner Expulsion
(It is not essential to have experience in all of the above areas with ongoing mentor & training available)
