IT Support Engineer required for my client based in High Wycombe for a permanent role paying approx. £26k-30k
You will work alongside the IT Manager providing in house support to approx. 200 users.
There is potential to WFH 1 day per week. Hours are either 8am-4.30pm or 9am - 5.30pm
There is parking on site.
There may be a requirement to travel to Italy 1 x per year.
This will include deploy end user hardware such as desktops, laptops and tablets, cabling, printers, AV equipment and other peripherals as well as deployment and management of end user software.
In addition support business events and activities, ensuring that IT and AV are available for use when required.
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, VMWare, desktop applications and associated hardware such as laptops, desktops, printers and peripherals.
Experience of working within a structured IT support/helpdesk environment
An ability to communicate with multiple audiences at various levels within different countries.
Experience in SOME of the following key technologies:
Windows 10 & 11, Windows Server 2012R2, 2016 & 2019
Desktop and server hardware
Microsoft Office 365 and desktop office suite
Active Directory, Group Policy
Networking - DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VLAN, switching, firewall, wireless, WAN
