Change Happens was recently invited (one of three programs invited out of a pool of 59 Navigator programs in the country) to participate in the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services press announcement of the “record breaking,” $100 million dollar grant funding, the largest investment ever to support enrollment in ACA.
